Water, Life And Health

Water and health are inextricably connected. Water is the one indispensable element that gives life to the cells. It participatesin the transfer of oxygen and nutrients to the cells of the body, the metabolism in the body, the maintenance of body temperature. Water purifies the body from the toxins and restores its viability.

Water has alkaline and acidic properties, which are measured by its pH. Water with pH level 7.0 is neutral, water with pH level below 7.0 is acidic and water with a pH level above 7.0 is alkaline. By choosing the water we drink and the selection of food and other liquids, we can maintain high alkaline pH, which provides us with health.

What you should know when choosing a water:
Tap water
The sources from which the water comes in our taps  aregroundwater or land-based sources: lakes, ponds or rivers. The water passes through water treatment plants, where it is filtered off and further purified by chemicals. However, in it existcertain amounts of pollutants allowed under the law.

Spring water

Spring water comes from underground or ground springs. It has a different mineral content. The spring water is a good option for drinking and it is recommended to be at a low mineral content, from underground springs and with pH of 7.0  and up (see the label)

Mineral water

Mineral water contains minerals or other soluble substances that alter its taste and give  therapeutic value to it. Despite its qualities, mineral water should not be drunk all the time. It should also be combined with another type of water to balance the mineralization in the body.

Filtered (purified) water

By filtration of water chemicals, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc. are removed. In order for a system to be called cleansing, it must remove over 99.75% of bacteria in the water. The most popular methods for purifying the water are: carbon filters, filter blocks with solid hydrogen, purification by reverse osmosis.

Distilled water
Distilled water is pure H2O water. It does not damage the tissues, dissolveswaste products from the cellsand eliminatestoxins.Distilled water dissolves also inorganic minerals. It is, however, drawing outsmall amounts of organic calcium from the body, for which we have to be careful. If you consume enough fruits and vegetables, there is norisk of this side effect. For highly intoxicated organisms, it is recommended to consume more distilled water during the purificationperiod. To correct the negative qualities of distilled water various herbs and fruits can be soakedinthewater, by which it can become organic. It is not recommended to use constantlydistilled water as well asdistilled water, which has been storedfor a long time in plastic bottles.

Protic water

To purify water at home you can use a refrigerator and "produce" so-called protic water, which is purified to 80% of all the harmful impurities, light or heavy isomers. Itpossessescathartic properties and is readily absorbed by the body.

How to prepare protic water?

Pour spring water in a glass or enameled container and place it in the freezing compartment. First ice, about 1/2 cm, which is formed on the walls of the container, is discharged, because it is a concentrate of "heavy" water which freezes at a temperature of 3.8 ° C and is harmful to the organism.

The remaining water is poured into another container (glass or enameled). This time water is frozen to 1/2, 1/3 of its volume. The container is taken out and the water in which is the so-called „light” water is removed, because it contains various impurities and salts and therefore it is more difficult to freeze. The ice that remains is melted and this is already clear water - protic water.

Recommendations from the team of Vita Rama:

• Drink alkaline water.

• Combine spring, mineral, purified water withhigh pH (above 7.0).

• Place the water in a glass container.

• Place the water in the sun soyoutake solar vibrationin your body.

• Drink water when you are thirsty.

• During eatingdo not consume water, so as not to dilute the gastric juices.

• It is recommended to drink water 15 minutes before or 2-3 hours after a meal.
