Rules for eating
Healthy healing diet includes several key components: selection of quality organic food, their proper combination, preparation and eating. Each of these elements is essential as well as following the fundamental rules for healthy diet.

Eat only when you are truly hungry. If you are wondering whether to eat or not, better wait until you experience strong feelings of hunger. Then your digestive system will be fully tuned to process and absorb the food eaten.

Eat slowly and chew each bite thoroughly until it becomes liquid.

Eat in an atmosphere of love and peace without doing other activities such as: watching TV, reading the newspaper or playing on the computer.

The optimum quantity of food to eat in each meal should be maximum as both your palms. When eating fruit, this rule does not apply.

Water and liquids you should drink on an empty stomach twenty minutes before eating or 3-4 hours after a meal. Never drink liquids during or immediately after a meal. Otherwise you dilute stomach juices and digestion is hampered. It is advisable to start the morning with a minimum of ½ liters of hot water.

By noon, eat fresh fruit and vegetable juices and fruits. You can drink the juice first and then after 40-60 minutes to take fruit as desired. Since fruits are the most easily digestible food they should be taken in the morning . Fruits are eaten 1 hour before a meal or at least 4 hours after a meal. It is best to eat one type of fruit or in combination with a maximum of one more. Good combination are citrus fruits separately; satisfactory combination are acidic (grapefruit, lemon, orange, pomegranate, pineapple) and semi-acidic (apples, apricots , cherries, figs, peaches, pears, grapes) fruits and semi-acidic and sweet (bananas, dates, dried fruit, plums) fruits .

Nuts and seeds. They are highly protein food. It is better to take them alone or in combination with green salad. Best is when nuts and seeds are crushed and soaked for at least 12 hours. It is not advisable to eat raw peanuts, better baked and best sprouted .

Sprouts from grains and legumes. These are sprouts from alfalfa, Chinese bean, broccoli, arugula, quinoa, green buckwheat, wheat, lentils, etc. Can be combined with each other, sprinkled on salads or can be combined with all kinds of vegetables, grains and legumes .

Salads. Always start with a salad before the main meal. The presence of high enzyme structure activates enzymes in the body and contributes to the breakdown of carbohydrates and proteins in the body. Salads should always be present in your daily nutritional program. It is advisable to focus on seasonal salads.

Stewed and steamed vegetables. They are excellent additive after the salads or in combination with the main meal.

Main meal. Combination of grains (rice, quinoa, amaranth, millet). It is recommended that those grains and beans should be soaked and cooked without oil. You can use homemade butter (or at least not pasteurized) or cold pressed vegetable oils that are always added at the end, before consumption. Meals are eaten alone or in combination with steamed vegetables.

Dairy products. Can be eaten, but less frequently. It is advisable to take alone or in combination with green salad. For example: lettuce +1 dairy product of choice. Recommended dairy products: yogurt, curds, raw goat milk.

Meat products. If you want to eat meat, the best combination is to be taken only with green salad. Of meat products is best to eat fish (preferably wild, not farmed). Avoid beef.

Spices. Salt, in limited amounts (most preferably not iodized sea salt dissolved in water to form an aqueous salt solution, or Himalayan salt or potassium salt). Other appropriate spices are: cumin, turmeric, dill seed (ground), basil, dill, parsley, mint, fenugreek, coriander, cardamom, paprika, cayenne pepper in small quantities.
In the spring, summer and early autumn give emphasis on seasonal fruits and vegetables. Let your diet consists mainly of fruits, vegetables, sprouts (about 80%), small quantities of seeds and nuts (10%) and light dishes such as steamed vegetables, rice, millet, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, mung bean and lentils (10%). Eat less animal products.
