Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 cup einkorn flour
2/3 cup water
2 dried tomatoes
1 bay leaf
2-3 peppercorns
½ tsp turmeric
Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Prepare the breading by mixing in a blender flour, water, tomatoes and spices. Stir until homogeneous mixture. The mixture should have a density of flour for cake. If necessary add more flour or water.
Divide the cauliflower into florets. Dip each floret in the breading. Arrange on a tray with baking paper or silicone mat. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
