Walking

This is the most natural and acceptable way to move your body. Paul Bragg recommends brisk walking up to a slight sweat. Then the whole body shakes. This produces vibrating, which improves the vibration of the internal organs. Thus energy blockages in the body are unblocked. Brisk walking acts as adjustment of the discs between the vertebrae of the spine. Rhythmic contraction and dissolution allows the feeding of cartilage and tendon links of the spine.

Running

Another type of exercise is running. It is even more powerful regulator of the body and creates substantially faster circulation of thebloodstream. Therefore, it has faster and purifying effect. But running has a strong strain on the heart and in some cases is not recommended for everyone.

Our advice is for favorable combination of walking and nature- walking and hiking in the woods and mountains. They are very important for human health. Today the majority of the world population lives in cities where everyone is subjected to a number of negative factors such as stress, hectic and unhealthy lifestyle, pollution of air, water and food. As a result, there is a breach in our basic human functions, one of which is breathing.
