Ingredients:
2 small fresh zucchini
200 g broccoli (without stems)
2-3 mm sliced ginger
5-6 sprigs of dill
Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Cut zucchini and broccoli to big chunks. Cook on steam for about 10-15 minutes. After boiling a cup is removed from the resulting broth. Blend zucchini, broth and ginger until smooth, homogeneous mixture. Add broccoli and blend for little more. Finally add dill and salt and also blend briefly. When serving you can garnish with dill, parsley and sprouts.
