Ingredients:
½ kilo sweet tangerines
100 g fresh spinach
ginger root
Preparation:
Peel tangerines and wash spinach well. Make juice in a slow juicer from the peeled tangerines,washed spinach and ginger.
In case you do not have slow juicer:
For tangerines use citrus press or squeeze by hand. Place in blender jar spinach and ginger and blend with a little water at the bottom to form a homogenous mixture. Strain blended mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Mix both juices and drink them.
