Ingredients:
150 ml. freshly squeezed apple juice
100 ml. freshly squeezed juice from lettuce
10 ml. freshly squeezed juice from mint leaves
50 ml. freshly squeezed juice from dill
50 ml. freshly squeezed parsley juice
50 ml. freshly squeezed juice of celery leaves
Preparation:
Wash apples, lettuce, mintleaves, dill, parsley and celery leaves. Make juice from them, starting from the leafy green.
Note:
The healthiest juice is derived from so-called "slow juice machines" that press products and retain all their nutrients.
