Smoothie From Presimmons And Dates

Ingredients:

2 ripe persimmons (large)
1 cup filtered water
10 datesmedzhuul
½ vanilla pod
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

 

Preparation:

Persimmonsare peeled and cut into pieces.
Peel the dates and remove the pits.
Cut persimmons and dates are put together with spices and water in a blender.
Blend them to a smooth mixture.
