Ingredients:
Quantity for 4 servings
1 kg potatoes
1 g Himalayan salt
Spices:
1 tsp celery, dried
1 tsp dill, dried
1 tsp parsley, dried
½ tsp fenugreek
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp mint
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp ginger
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes to slices with thickness of 5 mm. Place them in a baking dish and addt 100 ml of water. Bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Five minutes before they are ready season with celery (1 tsp),dill (1 tsp), parsley (1 tsp), fenugreek (½ tsp), pepper (½ tsp), mint (½ tsp),oregano(½ tsp), ginger (¼ tsp), Himalayansalt (1 g) and mix very well. It is desirable that potatoes get tan and golden-browncolor, but be careful not to burn them. You may wish to bake potatoes in aluminum foil, butatleast 10 minutes before you are ready remove the foil to form a golden tan and become crispy like chips. Baked potatoes are ready!
