Necessary Products: chickpeas, vegetables - carrots, red beetroot, little celery (head), zucchini, green beans, a little gluten-free flour and spices - ginger, fenugreek, dill, mint, gyozam, oregano, paprika, turmeric, hing (asafetida), Himalayan salt.
Preparation : Chickpeas is soaked for 24 hours and then blended together with the vegetables to provide homogeneity. Add the flour, spices. Everything is kneaded and shaped as rissoles. Place in an oven at 160-170 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
