Necessary Products: brown rice, vegetables - carrots, red peppers, zucchini, cabbage leaves (from fresh cabbage or from sauerkraut), spices - turmeric, fenugreek, mint, ginger and a little cayenne pepper, paprika, Himalayan salt.
Preparation : Rice is soaked for 20 hours, washed and boiled. After boiling the rice is washed again in hot running water. Vegetables are cooked by steaming, and then the steamed carrots, zucchini and several of the peeled peppers are finely cut. The chopped steamed vegetables are mixed with the rice, spices and charlan. The already cooked stuffing is wrapped up in cabbage leaves (packed for a few minutes to steam). Optionally can be toasted in the oven for 1-2 minutes. Finally stuffed leaves are sprinkled with paprika.
