Necessary Products: brown rice, vegetables - carrots, red peppers, zucchini, spices - turmeric, fenugreek, mint, ginger and a little cayenne pepper, Himalayan salt.
Preparation : Rice is soaked for 20 hours, washed and boiled. After boiling the rice is washed again in hot running water. Vegetables are cooked by steaming, and then the steamed carrots, zucchini and several of the peeled peppers are finely cut. The chopped steamed vegetables are mixed with the rice, spices. Other whole peppers are filled with the already cooked stuffing. Optionally they can be toasted in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
