Detox

Health Program "Detox" offers improved health and vitality by purifying the body of accumulated toxins. According to the individual health of the client different variations of detoxification apply: fasting, juice therapy, raw food diet. 

HEALTH program ''Detox" - Spring 2021, will be held from 26th March till 30th April, 2021 in hotel "Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & Spa". The duration of the program can be for 7, 14 or 21 days.

Program starting dates:

The program includes:

• A personal consultation with a dietitian, a nutritionist, a doctor, and with specialists in healthy eating;
• A personal consultation with a specialist in physical activity;
• Personal care and monitoring by the Vita Rama Health Team;
• An individual diet, according to the health condition of the guest, and a guide for following the regimen after the end of the health program;
• Online patient module with a personal profile: Filling in a health questionnaire and uploading tests before arrival; Useful information for healthy eating, cooking, exercise, relaxation; Tracking the results of the stay and downloading the individual diet; Communication with the Health Team within 30 days after the end of the stay regarding further questions and application of the diet;
• Complete segmental analysis of the body with the device "Tanita" - on admission and every 7 days of stay;
• Daily health monitoring - weight, blood pressure, heart rate and blood sugar;
• Accommodation in an apartment at Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & Spa
• 3 complete plant-based meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner): Fresh juices (from fruits and vegetables); Super foods and supplements; Herbal teas; Fruits; Salads (vegetables, greens, sprouts); Seed and nut dressings; Cooked dishes (combination of cereals, legumes and vegetables) - dips, soups, veggie "meatballs", gluten-free and einkorn breads, pasta, international dishes (lasagna, pizza, spaghetti, sushi) and traditional Bulgarian dishes, prepared using the healthy Vita Rama technology.
