The food we eat plays a major role in maintaining this balance in the body. Perfect ratio for human health is the food you consume to be 70-80% alkalizing and 20-30% acidifying.

Another way to detox is by fasting – subsisting on water, juices, fruits and relaxing vegan raw diet. After several such purification steps, gradually a variety of healthy foods are introduced. It is crucial to monitor how the body reacts to each food. It is recommended that the detoxification and the feeding afterwards should be carried out under consultation of a specialist.

Always start the day with alkalizing foods because in the morning the body is more acidic. In the summer, eat more fruits and vegetables, which are the opposite of the warm weather.
In the winter take more warm and filling food to be able to warm up the body.

The combination of fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, grains and legumes is the best nutrition for humans.
