Ingredients:
1 small white turnips
2 jerusalem artichokes
2 carrots
½ head beetroot
ginger root (optional)
celery (optional)
freshly squeezed lemon juice
Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Grate the roots on the grater. For better digestion grate as finely as possible. Add salt, lemon juice and mix. Optionally you can spice with a little finely grated ginger and celery.
