Ingredients:
2 liters of water
1/2 kg polenta
100 g of tofu
2 olives
3 pinches of himalayan salt
Spices:
2 pinches of fenugreek
2 pinches of paprika
1 pinch asafetida
2 pinches of turmeric
Preparation:
Put 2 liters of waterin a pot to boil.
Once the water boils, reduce the heat.
Pour evenly and slowly the polenta, stirring it constantly.
Thenstir for another 1-2 minutes until thickened, but not too much.
Put a lid on the pot and leave polenta to boilfor 10-15 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat.
Add to the cooked polenta - himalayan salt, fenugreek, asafetida, turmeric and stir.
Pour the polenta into a pan.
Grate tofu on it and sprinkle with a little paprika.
Garnish with chopped olives.
