Eincorn Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:
Quantity for 1 pizza - 8 pieces
Einkorn flour (600 g)
Frozen corn (300 g)
Frozen peas (50 g)
Frozen green beans (50 g)
Dried tomatoes (100 g)
Fresh red peppers (4 pcs.)
Cauliflower (150 g)
Broccoli (150 g)
Carrots (3 pcs.)
Fresh tomato (1pc.)
Himalayan salt (1-2 g)

Spices:
Sweet red pepper (1 tsp)
Cumin (1/2 -1 tsp)
Fenugreek (1 tsp)
Mint (1 tsp)
Asafetida (1/2 tsp)
Cayenne pepper (2 pinches)

Preparation:
Mix the flour from einkorn with coolwater to obtain a dough. Optionally, you can add 2 tsp of soda bicarbonate.
Roll out the dough well and spread it out in a thin crust for pizza in a pan. Wrap the edges slightly.
Bake the crust at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While baking spray the crust 2-3 times with water to keep it not very hard.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes on steam the peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, frozen corn, peas and green beans.

Place in blender jar ¾ of steamed corn, 2 steamedred peppers, 1.5 steamed carrots, ½ of the dried tomatoes (previously soaked in warm water for 10-15 minutes until soft), 1 whole tomato, 1-2 g of Himalayan salt, spices - paprika (1 tsp), cumin (1/2 -1 tsp), fenugreek (1 tsp), mint (1 tsp), asafetida (1/2 tsp), cayenne pepper (2 pinches).
Depending on the thickness you want to get, you can add a little broth of the steamed vegetables. Blend the Ingredients to yield a paste. With the paste smear the crust of the pizza while still warm.
Cut the remaining steamed vegetables and arrange them on the pizza. Add the rest of the stewed corn, peas and green beans.
Bake the pizza for 5 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.
Pizza from einkorn and steamed vegetables is ready!
