These general terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between VITARAMAEU and its customers.
This web page (referred to as "website") is administered by the VITA RAMA HAPPY LIFE Foundation with BULSTAT number 177092375; number of registration in the register of non-profit legal persons at the Ministry of Justice: 20161116001, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. "VITA RAMA Ltd., UIC: 202517831, address: Bulgaria, Burgas region, Nesebar municipality, town of Nessebar, 8230, j.k. Mladost, bl. 58, fl. 1, ap. 4, phone #: + 359 884003201, is a partner in the implementation of specific activities on the vitarama.eu platform, including, but not limited to business. The terms and conditions in concern constitute a legal agreement between you and "VITA RAMA Ltd.

With your clicking on an object, image, link, or button located on the vitarama.eu website, you confirm to accept, agree and agree to abide by these general terms and conditions.

"Vita Rama Ltd., being the creator of the site vitarama.eu, entitles you to download and view any published materials for non-commercial (personal) purposes only, provided that you comply with and do not infringe the copyrights in concern. Neither copying and modification of any materials from this website, nor their dissemination to the public for any commercial or public purpose is permitted in any way. All materials on this website are protected by copyright and any unauthorised use may be considered to be an infringement of trademark rights, copyright or any other statutory provisions.

These general terms and conditions may be changed at any time by updating this website. These changes take effect immediately and are binding on all users and customers. Should any changes have been made to the general terms and conditions, vitarama.eu shall inform all persons who have already adopted the old conditions.

Protection of personal data. Data privacy
Under the law on protection of personal data, /vitarama.eu/ Vita Rama Ltd. shall take measures for the protection of personal data of its customers. When placing an order, the customers agree that vitarama.eu is entitled to store and process their personal data in connection with the services being provided by the website. For the smooth execution of the customer's orders, the customer shall provide the following information:

● email address
● contact phone No.
● shipping address
● postal code
If you pass registration with the website, you will have the opportunity to adjust the data to provide us with your personal profile.
Your personal data we receive upon your registration, placing order, or exploring the site will be used solely for your service. The data you provide us with, will not be provided under any circumstances and in any way, shape or form to any third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Should you wish, the profile that you have registered may be deleted by the system of vitarama.eu together with the data involved.

Prices
All prices listed on the site are in euro and include VAT. The cost of delivery is not included in the product prices. Information about it is available with the order and delivery service or at the time of the order being placed.

Problems arising with the implementation of the order
Vitarama.eu does its best to execute your orders with maximum precision, however, the execution of your order may be impeded or delayed due to any of the following reasons:
● Although we do our best to have all the items in stock, some of the products you desire may not be currently available. In such a case we will contact you by phone or e-mail message.
● You have specified incorrect or incomplete delivery data – name, phone, address, postal code.
If there is any discrepancy between the products you have received and those you have ordered or any inaccuracy due to our fault, we will compensate you for the costs with the replacement of the wrong products. If the delivery of your order is impossible and this is not the fault of vitarama.eu, your order will be returned to us.

Payment
● cash on delivery – the shipment shall be paid to the courier company.

Delivery and packaging
There are two options for delivery of the products you want:
1. Delivery to an address with Speedy courier company: you must select this option when placing your order. We need your names, address, zip code and optional instructions.
2. Delivery to an office of Speedy courier company: you must select this option when placing your order. You must specify a specific courier company office.

Terms of delivery
The consignment will be delivered within 2 working days after the order acceptance.

Replacement of a product. Conditions for return of a product
Return of goods purchased from us can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
● The merchandise is in its original packaging being not damaged or disturbed in any way.
● The product has no traces of use, and its appearance is intact.
● The original invoice or cash receipt you received the product with must be attached.
● The costs of returning the goods are covered by the customer.

Should you wish, you can have the product replaced with another, or you can be reimbursed the amount of sum for the product in concern.
The product amount of sum will be reimbursed minus the shipping costs. The amount of sum paid for the product is reimbursed by a bank transfer to your personal bank account or via a courier company within 10 working days from the date we received your returned products.
If the goods are delivered to the customer with any failure, defect or other problem not caused by the customer, the replacement or return of the goods is at our expense.
