Gluten-Free Flat Loafs

Necessary Products: flours from rice, buckwheat, millet, corn and isolated soy protein, sesame seeds, spices - Himalayan salt, other spices optional

Preparation : Mix 30% isolated soy protein and 70% from other flours (equally divided). Knead with water and add spices to form a not very thick mixture. Then shape flat loaf 1-1.5 cm thick, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in oven for 30 minutes from 150 to 170 degrees.
